Lexington Symphony and Traditional Dance from India (November 4th, 2006)
At the National Heritage Museum in Lexington, a fine concert ends with Gustav Holst's one-act opera, 'Savitri' (pronounced, 'SAH-vit-ree'). Afterward, an Indian dancer and accompanists provide a more traditional interpretation of this 3,000 years old legend.
